When considering shipping, returns, and refunds, the following rule applies: standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum purchase requirement. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days.

For transparency around shipping, returns, and refunds, the controlling expectation is that eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery. melinbirh pays approved return shipping. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

When reviewing products, this policy confirms that product pages provide the current details for performance hats and headwear, water-ready and weather-conscious headwear, beanies, related travel and headwear accessories. Size, material, care, and safety information must be reviewed on the applicable product page and is not replaced by these Terms.

Payments and Taxes

As part of our standards for payments and taxes, we apply this requirement: prices and payments are in USD unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law.
